Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, preference shifts, incorrect size/colour selection, or accidental purchases.
Please carefully review our detailed size guides, product descriptions, and your cart contents thoroughly before completing your checkout.
✔ Incorrect or Defective Items Received
If we have mistakenly dispatched the wrong item to you, or if there is a major manufacturing defect, we are fully committed to making it right. Please contact us via Instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your official order number
- Clear, well-lit photos of the item received (highlighting the defect if applicable)
- Clear photos of the original packaging and the shipping label
Once our team reviews and verifies your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement (strictly subject to brand/supplier availability), or
- A partial or full monetary refund to your original payment method
📦 Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
- Tracked Shipping: All shipments are fully trackable. In the rare event that a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist you in launching an investigation and filing a claim with the postal services.
- Customs & Delays: Please note that we cannot issue refunds for packages delayed due to local customs clearance processes, public holidays, or destination postal bottlenecks, as these external factors remain entirely beyond our control.
- Address Accuracy: Asanagi Store is not responsible for delivery failures or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.
