Yes, absolutely. All apparel and accessories on Asanagi Store are 100% authentic and sourced directly through verified, official, and authorized Japanese supply channels.
Q2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Q3. How can I track my shipment?
Every package we dispatch includes a dedicated tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
Q4. Who pays for customs or import taxes?
The buyer is fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their destination authorities. Asanagi Store has no control over these regional charges.
Q5. What if my item arrives incorrect or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If we mistakenly sent the wrong item or if there is a major defect, please contact us via Instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.
Q6. Do you accept cancellations or returns?
All sales are final. Because our collections are specialty sourced from Japan, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to changes of mind, preference shifts, or incorrect size/colour selections. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Q7. How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve limited-edition or upcoming Japanese apparel collections before they are officially released.
- Stock Allocation: Pre-orders are for reservation purposes, and final stock is subject to brand/manufacturer availability. If an item becomes completely unavailable, a full refund will be issued immediately.
- Shipping Schedule: Dispatch will begin once the collection officially releases in Japan and arrives at our facility. Estimated timelines will be outlined in specific product descriptions.
- Policy: Once a pre-order is successfully placed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or cancelled due to change of mind. Completing your payment indicates full acceptance of these terms.
